INTERESTED APPLICANTS THAT WISH TO APPLY MUST MEET THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS LISTED UNDER ROLES AND DUTIES AND MUST HAVE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS UNDER APPLICATION PACKAGE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. *** 

The recruiting process applies to anyone that wishes to obtain employment as a Regular Full Time or Part Time Member.

Each applicant shall submit an application package by no later than the end of day on the specified closing date.

**All applications submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.**

Application Package MUST INCLUDE the following:

- Resume with cover letter

- 2 character references.

Once we have received the above documents, applicants will be forwarded the following which must be completed and returned to PBLE as part of the application package.

- Application Package

- Background Investigation Disclosure Form

- Background Investigation Package

**Only those selected will be notified of progression to the interview stage.*

Applicants who were selected to progress from the Application Package stage will be offered a comprehensive interview composed of a 3-4 member panel. 

**All applicants will be notified if successful or not to move to the background investigation stage.**

Applicants that have successfully passed the comprehensive interview will be subject to a background investigation.

The investigation will include but not limited to a Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Check, Proof of unrestricted Class 4 Driver's License, Driver's Abstract, Proof of valid Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate.

**All applicants in this stage will be notified if successful or not to move towards final stage of Offer of Employment.**

Applicant will need to attend to the PBLE office to complete employment forms, identification and to schedule a date for uniform fitting.
