Retaining PBLE Services
What is Required?
- Members of PBLE who will be working for the municipality must be appointed as designated officers under the Municipal Act.
- The municipality must list PBLE under its liability insurance; there is no cost to the municipality for this.
- Policy and procedures for enforcement have to be set out.
- Contract to be signed between PBLE and the Municipality.
